Scooter Defensive Driving Techniques

wrtie : http://www.articlesbase.com/motorcycles-articles/scooter-defensive-driving-techniques-1373673.html

Everywhere you go, you see them scooting about. Mopeds and scooters are popular modes of transportation for many reasons including cost, storage space, and concerns on the environment. But it is important to practice defensive driving when they are on the road.

Determining how fast a moped or scooter is traveling is difficult. They are also smaller, difficult to see, and appear farther away than they really are. Maintain your scan of the road to ensure you are aware of their location and continually check your blind spots. Expect the unexpected and prepare to react by always keeping plenty of space around your vehicle. Increase your following distance to a minimum of four seconds in ideal weather conditions and 5 seconds in inclement weather and at night. Even wind can affect the stability and direction a scooter travels. Dim you high beams at night when approaching a moped or scooter as they are more susceptible to their blinding affect.

If travelling by a moped or scooter take extra precautions. Check to make sure you have met all the legal licensing, registration and equipment requirements for your local and state area before travelling on the road. Some vehicles with a motor capacity of 50cc are classified as a motorcycle and require a Motorcycle Safety Course. Know before you go.

Make sure your equipment is working and in excellent condition. Prevent problems on the roadway by making sure that your tires have the right amount of tread and are properly pressurized. Evaluate your load, cargo and whether to have a passenger as they directly affect your vehicles stability, performance and ability to maneuver.

Wear clothing that will give the greatest protection in a fall. Choose clothing that is light, bright and snug. Increase your visibility by adding reflective tape to your garments. This especially helps during nighttime, dawn and dusk. Consider boots, a jacket, long pants and gloves. Protect your eyes with safety glasses or goggles.

A leading factor in the death and disability of motor scooter and moped crashes is head injury. Wearing a helmet is the single most effective means to prevent head injury. Ensure that your helmet fits properly and is Department of Transportation approved. Most states have some form of mandatory helmet use.

Create a space cushion around your vehicle. The center of the lane is the best position to be in if riding alone. If traveling in a group, stagger the scooters positions in the lane. Always drive defensively; looking for an escape route, should you need to make an evasive maneuver. Check your blind spots and complete a visual scan every three to five seconds. Turning your headlights on during the day can improve your ability to be seen by pedestrians and other vehicles. When riding, your hands should be on the handlebars and your feet on the floorboards. Watch out for road hazards and defects. Signal well in advance, and consider using hand signals for extra safety.

Be extra cautious when approaching driveways, parking lots, and intersections. Reduce your speed for lower visibility conditions such as dawn, dusk, nighttime and poor weather. Avoid having sudden starts, braking and quick turns as they cause instability.

When reaching your destination, park on level ground, turn off the engine and if you have any passengers let them get off the scooter first.

With awareness and a few extra precautions, mopeds and scooters can operate safely on our roads.

You have all see them around the town where you live. A grown man or woman, riding a two wheeled scooter.. Wearing tight clothing, helmet and gloves, they look more alien than human as they ride around in strange attire and what looks to be a most uncomfortable position.

So what is going on with bikers? Why do they wear weird looking clothes? Is all that gear they have really necessary?

A biker is always in a constant struggle against wind resistance. It is a battle that can never be won. Everything from the bikers helmet, shorts, shoes and bike are made to make the fight against wind resistance easier.

A rider's position on the scooter bike is designed to reduce the area of the body that comes into contact with the air. The more aerodynamic the position on the bike the less power the cyclist has to produce to maintain, or achieve, a given speed.

Motorcycle shorts have always been the brunt of many jokes from those who do not understand the function they serve. The shorts are skin-tight to reduce the air resistance and to keep the fabric from rubbing and moving next to the skin which may create a sore spot.

Of course, what may be the most desirable feature of cycling shorts is the padding which is built into the seat. Because the scooter bike is built in such an aerodynamic form, the seat is made to be as slim as possible. This does not make it very comfortable to sit on which is where the padding in the cycling shorts makes a difference.

Your ability to pedal into the wind resistance is what propels you down the road. Many cyclists use a special shoe and pedal combination which helps deliver a more efficient pedal stroke to the bike. The shoes clip into the pedal via a cleat on the bottom of the shoe that connects firmly onto the pedal mechanism. This allows the cyclist to focus more power on the pedal and can both pull up and push down on the pedal stroke.

Helmets are necessary due to safety concerns. However, the shape of most helmets are built so that they are as aerodynamic as possible. The front of the helmet is rounded toward the side and back. Numerous air vents are built in to the helmet for comfort on hot and humid rides.

Motorcycle gloves are worn to help absorb the road shock. The gloves have padding built into the palm. Most bicycling gloves do not fully cover the fingers. The reason for this is it makes it much easier to grasp fully the brakes when needing to slow down or stop. The gloves do not necessarily help with aerodynamics, but they do make the ride more comfortable, which gives you more energy to ride and fight the air resistance.

Bikers love to ride. They may look different in their gear, but it is out of necessity that they wear what they do. The fight is against wind resistance. They look no stranger than a football player or race car driver in their gear. The difference is a biker has to use the gear in public every time they venture out to ride his bike and wage the battle against air resistance.

More On Dirt Bike Safety

Safety is one of the prime things to be considered in dirt bike racing. Dirt bikers or even someone considering taking up dirt biking as a hobby or sport have to be aware of it.

Courses on Safety

Thanks to the ever-increasing number of people getting into dirt biking, these days it is even possible to enroll for courses in dirt bike safety. For a new rider who is planning to take up dirt biking, these courses would prove invaluable. For someone who is not well prepared and does not take safety seriously, dirt biking can be quite dangerous simply because not only is your own safety at stake, but you are also putting every other rider around you at risk.

Wear the Necessary Safety Accessories

Dirt bikes can be quite powerful. Imagine leaping several feet into the air and not wearing the proper kind of helmet! If you bike kicks out, you can have an accident that can be near fatal because your head will have little or no protection.

Most experienced riders advise getting the correct kind of equipment. You should make sure that you wear all the essential accessories, such as a helmet, right kind of clothes to protect your upper body, trousers clothing the legs and riding boots to guard the feet and ankles. These have to be padded at the appropriate places. Gears of inferior quality material make you run the risk of serious injury in case of an accident.

Well fitting clothes ensure safety. Loose fitting clothes tend to flap around or get caught in the wheels and the bike’s engine parts or may tug at the handlebars. The helmet must sit right on your head so that it does not roll off.

Keep Your Bike in Good Condition

Other than clothing, your bike must be constantly checked to ensure that it is in good condition. All parts must be well oiled and replaced in all weather conditions. A faulty part can make the difference between life and death, especially at high speeds. Brakes, steering and suspension must be in perfect working condition. Dirt biking involves steep drops that can make you crumble on impact.

The bike must be thoroughly tested and checked every time you go out dirt biking or dirt bike racing. A test ride is absolutely mandatory to ensure comfort while riding at high speeds and sudden braking. Experienced bikers instinctively know exactly what to do in special situations.

Great Deals and Tips on Parts for Your Car

Car parts, just like cars keep going up and up in price. Just look at any recent bill for service for your car. $69 is not uncommon for an oil change if you have a Mercedes or BMW at your local dealer. $600 for headlights (not including installation), $700 water pump, $200 per tire - or more for certain cars.

It just gets ridiculous. It has been estimated that if one were to try and buy all the parts for a car through their local dealer it would cost 300-500,000 for all the parts on the average car. someone is getting rich here and it isn't us. There is a better way.

Start by looking online. There are junk yards that have the parts you need. And just because they are referred to as junkyards, doesn't mean they only sell junk. Lots of their inventory is from cars that are less than 1 year old. What do you think happens to the perfectly good tires on a new BMW that was junked do to rear accident. Some wiley person buys them at a great discount for their own car. Junk or salvage yards turnover millions of dollars in car parts every year.

The best site to use is car-parts. They will research thousands of salvage dealers and display the prices in order from cheapest and newest and colors, etc... You enter your part needs and then they will find your parts for you. It is not uncommon to get basically brand new or similar items for less than 20% of the price a dealer charges or less.

Another great place is Ebay and Ebay Motors. There are lots of car parts on there for just about every make year and model of car. Everything from a hood to a door, interior carpet, radios, speakers, wheels - even spinners so you can pimp your ride like on tv and in the movies. I've even seen celebrity cars for sale on their and parts autographed by Nascar drivers like Jeff Gordon, Rusty Wallace, Dale Earnhardt, Dale Jr., etc.

Even if you don't end up buying on Ebay, it is generally a wholesale marketplace and will give you a feel for the value and true pricing of certain parts. It will also show you the huge difference between the actual value and what a dealer charges. Just remember this - "Dealer bad, Ebay good." You can even buy your car on Ebay and save a mint - no bogus processing fees, lies by salesmen and their managers whose only job is to squeeze every penny they can out of you - especially the finance manager (they get you just hen you think you are done - and many times they get you for thousands of dollars in profit).

Bogus dealer processing fees totalled more than $50 billion in 2005 - no wonder dealers are getting richer, playing more golf, etc... But due to lawyers and tax strategies the average dealer pays less in taxes than most americans (average dealer tax rate is less than 1%) - go figure.

So there you have it get online and use salvage yards and Ebay to get a great deal on all your car part needs. For instructions on installing any part just look it up on Google. There are thousands of great forums and blogs that for free will give great pictures and step by step explanations on everything from changing a tire to a camshaft, bleeding brakes, fan belt replacement, etc... Do not use your dealer unless you like getting fleeced on a daily basis - as that is what they will do.

Fun on a motorcycle

Perhaps one of the most annoying things about motorcycles is that the majority of them are extremely loud. A few years back, I actually lived in a town-home community in which motorcycles were not allowed! In another community that one of my friends lived in, motorcycles were allowed, but they were not allowed to be visible. If you owned a motorcycle or had someone visiting who owned one, you had to cover it up or park it in your garage so that it was out of sight.

So, why do motorcycles have such a bad reputation? I think part of the reason that motorcycles are frowned upon is due to how they have been portrayed over the years. It seems like every motorcycle rider that we've seen in every motorcycle movie has at least one tattoo, smokes and is in trouble with the law (usually for riding their motorcycles too fast!). While this is not entirely true nowadays, it still makes one wonder what would possess a motorcycle enthusiast to want to purchase and/or ride a motorcycle. For most motorcycle enthusiasts, the reasoning behind owning a motorcycle seems to revolve around an inherent "need for speed".

I once asked my little brother (an avid motorcycle rider) what in the world possessed him to want to own a motorcycle and ride one. He told me that he felt "free" when he rode his motorcycle. Also, I think it had something to do with the fact that growing up, my parents were strict. This was simply his way to rebel and do something that he knew the both of them would knowingly disapprove of. But is this the case for other motorcycle riders? I am not sure. What I do know is that motorcycles are not typically supposed to be loud. However, many riders will alter their motorcycle motors so that they make a lot of racket. To the motorcycle rider, this noise is "cool," but to other less enthusiastic participants, this is an annoyance that they wish would go away.

Interestingly enough, in the police department, I noticed that many of the police officers (usually of the male persuasion) loved motorcycles and usually owned one. I am sure that there is some sort of correlation between the high number of motorcycle owners who were on the police department and the law being intermingled in there. It's almost a catch-22 if you ask me. I never did figure it out. Usually the motorcycle riders are the ones that cops go after, right? So then why would so many cops own motorcycles?

Whatever the case, motorcycles hold an interest for many Americans. Each year, there are hundreds of motorcycle rallies across the country that draw thousands of riders, their families, friends and other supporters. There are also plenty of motorcycle clubs that do charity rides as well as raise money for various charities. See? Not all motorcycles are bad. One thing is for certain, however. People who own motorcycles don't just own a motorcycle so that they can drive the speed limit. They own motorcycles because they love the feel of the wind in their face and at their backs. They love the feeling of speeding down an open stretch of highway with nothing but the pavement beneath their feet.

Tips on Cleaning Car Interiors

There are things to consider when cleaning the interiors of your car. If you have a very busy schedule, you can just go to the nearest auto cleaning shop or car wash.

Tips on Cleaning Car Interiors
Aside from looking great, having clean interiors can create a healthier environment for car. It will be safer when your parents or friends ride with you. Even if we clean ourselves everyday, if our surroundings are unclean, it will pose a risk on our health. Since we ride our cars to work, to the grocery or even to the mall, it is important that we keep it clean. The interior is the most critical area because it is where we sit throughout the ride.

Vacuuming
Take out your floor mats and vacuum the seats as well as the carpets. With the proper attachments, you can reach around the pedals, under the seats and even the sections between the central console and the front seats. It will make it easier to seep out dirt stuck in the farthest corners.
You can utilize a soft brush attachment for doors and dashboards. Be extra carful on the vents, sticking parts and knobs. You can also use this same attachment when vacuuming your seats. Since leather seats are fragile, make sure you do not accidentally scratch them with your vacuum hose.

Cleaning Door and Fabric Seat Upholstery
There are numerous kinds of upholstery cleaning agents available in the market. You can decide on what you prefer for your car upholstery. Although there are cleaning agents that make a lot of promises, your best bet is to go with a trusted brand that the majority uses.

Turtle Wax's spray cleaners are good. You can use it to evenly spray on your door and seat upholstery then rub it vigorously. After this, use a dry cloth to wipe it off thoroughly.

You can also use a laundry detergent for alternatives. Combine it with some water then dip a clean cloth in it. Make sure you squeeze it well but it is still barely moist when you use it. Work harder on the dirty sections. Once you are finished, dry it out using a dry soft and clean cloth.

Make sure you do not get water inside your car because it can get into the electrical components, resulting to problems. Aside from this, if the water gets into your seats or under your carpet, it can lead to stains, corrosion and mould smell.

Cleaning the Carpet
Similar to the method you used on cleaning your upholstery and seats, you can clean your carpets the same way. First, evenly spray your carpet with some caret cleaner and rub it vigorously. Use a dry cloth when wiping it.
Laundry detergents also work well with carpets. Make sure you do not soak your carpet in water; it will lead to corrosion and mould smell. Finally, dry out your carpet.

Cleaning and Polishing the Dashboard
To clean the central console, dashboard and other plastic parts, you can just use a barely moist cloth. Utilize only small amounts of laundry detergent when removing stains. Then dry it with a dry, soft and clean cloth.

You can make it shiny by spraying plastic polish and evenly spreading it with a soft brush. Make sure you do not directly spray on your stereo. You can use a brush to do so. Afterwards, gently dry polish your dashboard. You can also use a dry, soft and clean cloth. It will make your dashboard shinier and will also protect the plastic. Periodically, you can just use a soft duster, ensuring that your dashboard will look brand new for a very long time.

Getting Rid of the Air Conditioners Musty Smell
For unpleasant, musty smells from your air conditioner's vents when it is turned on, you can just buy odor treatment from your local auto accessories shop. It kills the mildew smell and the bacteria. A good brand is Wynn's. You simply spray it onto the outside air intake vent.
Another reason for the damp mildew smell can be a clogged air conditioner, drain tubes or an accumulation of debris under your cowl cover. You can just have your mechanic check on this the next time you have your oil changed.

For other auto cleaning and car washing issues, especially if you do not have the time to clean your car because of your very busy schedule, you can just take it to the nearest auto cleaner or car wash. I the US, the most trusted car wash chain is Auto Bell Car Wash. This was founded by Charles Howard Sr. in the year 1969.

They have an ongoing promo which provides customers with unlimited full service washes for only $39.95 a month. This promo is available in all their locations. They cater to a large selection of car appearance services. /they aim to maintain your car's safety in an affordable price.
They offer several services. First is the full service wash. This includes vacuuming; exterior washing; window, mats, tires and wheel cleaning; wiping interiors and hand finished exteriors.

They also have double polyprocess service. This is their exclusive service that requires a couple of steps of polishing and clear coating. This is designed for today's finishes. It also includes Auto Gloss to reduce surface tension and enhance the shine.

And third is the polish service done after the finish is cleaned. They make use of a special non-abrasive polishing agent that removes all minor scratches. After this, they will apply a sealer.

Mitsubishi Lancer GS3 1.8

Mitsubishi Lancer GS3 1.8 not only brings out a gear in sporty driving dynamics but also many additional convenience and comfort features. All the following features come as standard over the GS2. And there's still e 6-speed CVT automatic on petrol models available which will cost additional money.

Key features at a glance (compared to GS2) :

•18" Alloy Wheels
•140 PS turbo-diesel engine
•Sports Suspension
•Climate Controlled Air Conditioning
•Cruise Control
•Front Strut Tower Bar
•Privacy Glass
•6-speed gearbox
•Stability & Traction Control
•Front Fog Lamps

To mention more, the sculpted dashboard and clear instruments look very good and there's also lots of space in the car for both passenger and stuff. It drives well enough, accurate and planted. The 1.8 litre engine comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox, despite that the motor's 141BHP gives very decent performance – 9.8sec to reach 62mph will be more than rapid for the Lancer's likely conservative clientele. Because Mitsubishi Lancer GS3 1.8 takes less than 10 seconds to break 62mph. Apart from the newly added bigger alloy wheel, climate control, a bodykit, privacy glass as well as sportier, beefed-up suspension, GS3 includes all the kit from GS2. It has no unruly behavior if you try the same with the ESP turned off-the cornering line tightens up nicely in response to a lifted throttle. Grip levels are very nice. Other than it's image as a well-behaved, grown-up chassis, but it's not as lively to drive as the Ford Focus, and refinement over poor road surfaces is also noticeably bad. The extra kit is certainly very attractive, but what it all does it to push prices up to a probably unattractive level. Just avoid the CVT transmission: it dents performance, fuel economy in addition to refinement. All in all, Mitsubishi Lancer GS3 1.8 is the cheapest Lancer Sportback with standard climate control and curtain airbags. Both are hugely very welcome in something that could well be in a family car, and that makes this one of favorite versions of Mitsubishi Lancer Evo.

Chose the Exact Charity Foundation

Charitable was an action that was praised. In a charitable manner we could prove that we were still having the heart and the feeling to care to the other person. Many forms of the good deed could we do. We could give the money contribution or the thing to anyone that needed. Moreover now already many foundation that focus to coordinate the person that the lack and gave them help. You could contribute your help to this foundation.

However, and you too must be careful with the fake foundation that only looked for the profit then. This possibly did not cause a loss to you directly because you were quite charitable to help the person. However, many people who must accept your help to lose his right. To avoid the matter like this, you must look for information about the foundation that really serious helped and look for a fake foundation. One of the foundations that was believed and proven helped them that needed was Car Angel. Car Angel has had many experiences in arranging the good deed. They received Car Donations from you. This was good for you who at this time thought that you could not give help in the form of money.

How to remove sticker

Do you have any bumper stickers on your car that just won’t come off? If so, below are some tips on how to get every single bit of the sticker off.

If you have particularly difficult bumper stickers that need removing, try these tips:

Run to the hardware store and get some lubricant. WD40 will usually do the trick.Justify Full Smear the lubricant on the outside of your sticker. If you’re lucky, you may be able to pull the sticker off and be done with the job.

If most, but not all, of the sticker came off and left tiny paper bits behind, run to the kitchen and pick up a spatula or out to the garage and grab some fishing line. You can use either of them to gently scrape off the remaining sticky parts of the bumper sticker.

If the methods above don’t fully remove the bumper sticker, try some of these ideas:

Grab a hairdryer. Yes, you read right: a hairdryer. Get an extension cord, and turn that blower right on to the bumper sticker. The heat from the dryer will moisten and possibly melt the old adhesive that’s attaching the sticker to your car. Put it on high heat. Slowly pull the sticker up, moving the hairdryer along the sticker as you slowly pull the sticker up.

To remove any remaining adhesive sticking to your bumper, get some rubbing alcohol and a cloth that is lint free and gently rub the alcohol on the sticker. This should work very well if your sticker is on your windshield or a window. If you’re concerned the alcohol might damage your paint’s finish, warm soapy water should work just as well. –To completely remove bumper stickers, you need to have a bit of patience - the last remaining adhesive on bumpers is notoriously difficult to remove completely.

Polish and/or wax should do a good job of removing the sticker’s shadow the discolored outline where the sticker once was from the bumper.

Origin of StreetFighter

I never covered streetfighter bike style. There I only display a picture or an example how the model motorcycle streetfighter. At this time I will discuss the origin of streetfighter motorcycle style.
1980s witnessed a growth of a rebellious trend in England, called StreetFighter. It was lead by youngsters who wanted to demonstrate their toughness using drastically changed motorcycles with powerful engines and took to the streets. They started a fire storm which soon crossed over into Germany and the rest of Europe within a couple of years. The trend was also popularised by bike messengers who had to fight maddening London traffic to deliver messages. These messengers never earned grand salaries and so instead of replacing the war torn bodywork of their motorcycles, they simply removed them. This gave them the advantage in the way of better performing bikes and improved navigation on the machine as opposed to the custom scene which preferred style over outright ability.

The StreetFighter scene continues to grow and thrive in many European countries till today. Countless are believed to be avid members of StreetFighter Magazines, Fighter clubs, meetings and forums. The trend has expanded its routes to American culture as well and looking around the world we see many vibrant styles that demonstrate a key piece of cultures across different countries.

Interesting ideas are taking shape within the four walls of garage sheds and workshops at few designated places. Globalization has made room for infinite possibilities for StreetFighter and used motorcycles in London and neighbouring areas, namely Edgware, Mill hill, Stanmore, Colindale, Bushey, Harrow Weald or Golders Green. The appeal of the sporty motorcycle lives on in the shape of bikes by Greater Londor Motorcycles, which is inspired by long traditions in young and dynamic arena of bike designs.

Buying a motorcycle give many enthusiasts a chance to express their style in a unique way. Greater Londor Motorcycles is a one stop shop for used motorcycles, Gilera, Piaggio and Vespa Scooters. It also carries high quality European accessories from world-class German manufacturers. The majority of these accessories hit the market only after passing the exceedingly high standards of the German TÜV which ensures an exceptional quality.

Tips buy a new car

According to NADA, almost no single car model is sold at the same fixed price by car dealerships in a particular area. Every buyer receives a different final new car price quote.

In other words, every Honda Accord buyer in your area would have paid a different price for the car based on which car dealer they went to and how well they negotiated the price. Therefore, there is no level playing field on buying a new car.
As you may have guessed, this translates to either visiting as many car dealers in your area as your time permits or negotiating hard with a shrewd car dealer.

Here are some tips to buying a new car will certainly help you save money and pay one of the lowest prices in your area for any new car.

1. Finalize what car model you want and how much you are willing to spend. This way you will be less pressured into making hasty decisions.

2. Identify two other competing car models that you might consider buying or can use as a negotiating leverage with car dealers. By doing this you’re showing the car dealer you have done your research and are not emotionally attached to this particular model (even though you may be).

3. Collect Internet new car price quotes for 3 competing car models. Do not step into a dealership without getting online new car price quotes. Through magazines and publications, identify the dealer invoice price.
4. Take these new car price quotes and invoice price information to the car dealers who provided the online new car price quote to you. This not only shows the car dealer you have done your research, but also shows you are serious about buying a car.

5. Now that you have invoice price & new car price quotes from 3 competing car models, stick to the total price of the car during negotiations. The car dealer may lead you to monthly payments, trade-ins etc., but only focus on negotiating the final price down.

6. During the negotiation, mention about an even lower new car price quote received on a competing car . See if the dealer would match or beat it. Leave if you have to and see if the car dealer calls you back.

7. At this point, you are already getting a great deal on the car you want, so you can always go back to that dealership and buy the car at that price, which is probably the lowest price in town.

The advantage of this process is that, you’re not engaging in much face to face negotiation with the car dealer, since you already have some facts to share like the new car price quote and invoice price.

However, the disadvantage of this is that the car dealer who made the lowest new car price quote on any internet bidding site will pretty much be the lowest price you would pay for the car.

You may be leaving money on the table unless you keep going back and forth from dealership to dealership to see if they would beat your new low new car price quote.

An alternative to this and the ultimate hassle free way to buying a new car would be to continue negotiating on the Internet.
The car dealers can view these lowest new car price quotes and submit a lower quote. Another participating dealer can view this new low price and submit an even lower price.

This can go on for up to 3 days and at the end of the car auction, buyers can contact the lowest bidding car dealer and buy the car most of the time at below invoice price.

The best part of it all is that you can conduct 3 separate auctions for all 3 competing cars absolutely free, with no obligation to buy at the end of the auction.

Remember all new car price quotes are different and car dealers will make a hefty profit if you cannot provide facts about competing dealer new car price quotes and competing car models new car price quotes. Collect these prices first and no negotiation will be required.

Create the Biker pemembesut Motor vehicle Matic especially Yamaha MIO that can increase the capacity of engines in the lyrics that I kudapat tips from the blog J'SCREAMP (Children's Creative Arts Jayapura Papua Mio).

Description Tips on following-up Bore Yamaha MIO

"First with the pure Mio piston diameter of 50 mm standard. The next step with the enlargement to the diameter of piston extending step," said Aldhie, as well as mechanical Bike.rider Shop owners in Kalimalang, Jaktim.

Use Piston 57 mm
For the first way, the size of the piston can be used melengserkan standard Mio, which berdiameter 57 mm. With the calculation (1 / 4 x 3.14 x (57) ² x 57.9): 1000, then gained the capacity machine now so Mio 147.67 cc.

Cram piston gede, I also have a standard liner dirumahkan. "Instead of liner in accordance with the piston, eg use a Suzuki Thunder 125," said the man is white.

In addition to the default Thunder 125, piston Honda GL Neo Tech & Yamaha V-Ixion can be made up cc Mio. Oh ya, just enggak boringnya that must be replaced during this first mengapliaski way.

Special-use piston Thunder and V-Ixion, the diameter of the pin must also be made. The default Mio 15 mm pin and also Thunder V-Ixion 14 mm.
Need treatment 5 to 7 days

Zoom + Increases Piston Stroke
The second step, the combination with the piston diameter nambah cram a size 54.5. Medium to long a step, the total size of 6 mm (according to the rules increased the maximum stroke) is the most fitting. Section when inserted in the formula, square and so meet the capacity 148.99 cc engine.

Compared to only increase with the engine capacity, processing in step-2 to this much longer. "Because the procession must have split a pair stroker engine new," Joko dust, from the mechanical Pakde Motor in Depok, West Java.

This application is not necessary to change boring life, but the adjustment pin needs to be done on some of the piston can be used. As the piston connatural Yamaha and Jupiter Kawasaki Kaze diameternya of 13 mm. If pasangnya piston SHOGUN Suzuki or Yamaha Jupiter MX, I need to replace the pin.

Mitsubishi Eclipse it's enjoy car

From its beginnings in 1990, the Mitsubishi Eclipse has been a fun car. Many young people are attracted to the fun design of this little sports coupe. While the car has done quite well for Mitsubishi dealerships across the United States, the car is quite popular as a used car as well.

The car was named after a racehorse from the eighteenth century that won an astounding 26 races in one year. Like its namesake, the sports car has eclipsed many other cars in its class.

Because of an alliance between Mitsubishi and Chrysler, the Eclipse was not the only sports coupe with this design that was released at this time. Though most do not realize it, the Mitsubishi Eclipse is not an only child. A close look at two other automobiles will reveal that the car has relatives or twins is more likely the case. The twins are known to most as the Eagle Talon and the Plymouth Laser. Slight design changes and a much more aggressive advertising campaign led the Mitsubishi Eclipse to the top of the pact. Not surprisingly all three of the vehicles were produced in the same plant.

There are Mitsubishi car clubs in most states and the central theme seems to be added an assortment of aftermarket parts to achieve interesting and unique results. Car kits can be purchased for just about every enhancement imaginable for these little cars. From distinctive ground effects to unusual spoiler designs, the sky seems to be the limit for changing the looks of the car.

These aftermarket car kits are fairly easy to come by but some novices may have difficulty installing them if a screwdriver is a new instrument to them. However, on the good side of this there are many Mitsubishi Eclipse forums out there and most of the time they appear to be quite helpful. The sites themselves appear to be run by Eclipse owners who are bound to have plenty of advice to give on what to buy and how to do it.

There is some debate on which year was the Mitsubishi Eclipse’s best year. 1996 saw a major body style change and some feel that this was not in keeping with the traditional look of the Eclipse. The numbers definitely agree with this opinion as 1996 saw a definite slip in sales. Many linked this drop in sales directly with the body style change. Most complaints centered around the shorter and thicker body that was given to the 1996 Eclipse. This was a definite departure from the long lines and curvaceous body that the previous year models had carried. Where this was, the reason is still a matter of debate; however, the designers at Mitsubishi must have felt this was a possibility because by the year 2000, the longer look of the early nineties returned.

The sports car appears to have a sound following and one can expect this cute little sports car will continue to be a popular one for a while.

Principles of Diesel Engines

Diesel engine fuel are categorized in the piston and combustion in the engine (internal combustion engine) (simplenya usually called the "fuel mobor" only). Prosip of diesel motor is the chemical energy into mechanical energy. Chemical energy in the process get through reakasi chemical (combustion) of fuel (diesel) and oksidiser (air) in the cylinder (burn room).

In the diesel engine room can consist of one or more depending on its use in a cylinder and can consist of one or two piston. In general, in a single-cylinder diesel motor has only one piston.

Principles of Work

Pressure of combustion gas and air material bakan akan encourage piston that is connected with the crankshaft using a piston rod, so that the piston can move back and forth (reciprocating). Movement back and forth will be changed to piston movement by rotating crankshaft (crank shaft). Movement and the crankshaft rotation is also changed to and fro movement in the piston compression step.

Based on analyzing the way the system works, diesel motor can be divided into two, the diesel motor that uses airless injection system (solid injection) is analyzed with a dual-cycle and diesel motor that uses water injection system is analyzed with the diesel cycle (while motor gasoline analyzed with
Otto-cycle).

The difference between the motor and diesel motor fuel that is located on the real process of burning fuel, motor gasoline, the burning of fuel occurs due to an electrical vault fire generated by a two-electrode spark plugs (spark plug), while the diesel motor combustion temperature increase occurs because the mixture air and fuel due to compression piston to achieve a flame temperature. Because the principles of ignition fuel pressure due to the diesel motor is also referred to as compression ignition engines, while motor gasoline, called spark ignition engines.

Tips Maintenance Nitro Engines

I find the forum a very good one. This forum is appointed by the silverarrow. He cared for the title tips engine nitrous oxide.

Maintaining the following description and Maintenance Nitro Engines
Maintain the correct engine, both engines 2 or 4 not not not done so and this will extend the machine age. I'll give some tips how to keep the engine still okay.

Routine care before and after use. . .
This treatment is done when the engine is often used, either every week or every day. There are 3 things to note in the machine to keep fit to stay.
1. Look for machines that remain clean, in good part and the outside of the engine, to keep the dust particles or other small particles do not stick to the engine or into the kesin, the engine will always be fine, can make maximum cooling, and good performance. Always use the filter fuel filter between tank and engine to filter out all the dirt that is not to enter into a machine. Use the air filter on the carburettor so that dust does not infiltrate into the engine. After you have finished flying, use solvents such as alcohol to clean all the dirt attached on the outside of the engine, especially around lingkage and carburator.
2. Use after run after used before stored for use in the day. This is because many contain FUL element hyroscopic (and they react to water), the fuel still left in the engine, can cause rust, so it is very important when akan di save, remove all fuel remaining in the engine with the engine until the engine light runs out of fuel. After that teteskan few drops of after run oil through the carburettor engine and play with the hand in order to run after all coat machine
3. Make sure all the bolts, the screw in tight conditions before akan flying aircraft or stored, such as a bolt head, back of the engine, exhaust etc.. Also check the bolts on the propeller. Always make sure that everything is fast. Remember always, when the propeller from the engine apart, it will be dangerous and will damage the engine because the engine will rotate without load.

For treatment in the long-term savings.
when we want to save the engine for the long term, there are a few tips that even if the engine is still awake in the long-term savings.
remove the engine, then check all the machines are carefully. Make sure all bolts and screw in the blustery conditions. You do not need to disassemble the entire engine perbagian except kaluo think you have damage on the inside. Clean the entire engine with alcohol use, and fill engine with after run oil, turn the engine until the entire part in the engine by terlapisi after run. Save the engine and in order to keep dirt and dust does not enter into the machine and the machine will still be perfect even though long kept
Treatment before using the machine after the old store.
Before re-install the engine, be sure to check the entire part of the engine again, remove the fuel tank and check the rubber stopper on the tank, hose and hose. Make sure everything is still in good condition. Clean the inside of the tank to remove the remaining residue remaining that may be left behind in the.
Spray machine with alcohol to clean the engine's oil after run. Check the plug and let the fuel into the carburator while kaburator in close, this will force out and run after the fuel is replaced. Then replace the spark plugs and the engine ready to turn on.

Tips when Crash.
Although we are keeping all possibilities, but the factor can be the crash occurred, then note the case of the below. When the crash on the ground, then flee to check on the condition of the machine, because machines do not play a part in the damage akan, flee sekuruh unloading the engine from the ground and clean soil and dirt stick to the material because this material can cause rust. Once in the clear, note the entire machine. If there is not a perfect flee replace the damaged parts before.
If the crash in the water, your engine may not have damage or dust. However, the incoming water should remove it in as soon as possible. Remove the plug from the engine, fuel tank empty, fill with new fuel. Use the electric starter and turn the engine with the new fuel into the engine. Continue to do until the water out of the plug hole out earlier. Change spark plugs and turn on machine again, but before that make sure that machine in dry conditions.

Although the series is able to become champion MotoGP Sachsenring circuit in Germany, Sunday (15 / 7), Valentino Rossi, but choose to behave merendah. He asks for Yamaha to keep working hard to improve the performance YZR-M1 800 cc. Section, Casey Stoner's more mature and difficult defeated.

Rossi has a really good record in the race when the Sachsenring circuit, as a champion two times in a row in 2005 and 2006. Achievement even very fenomenal years ago, because he was the race from position 11 and start to finis the first time with the benefits of very thin seconds from 0145 Marco Melandri.

"Sachsenring is always been my favorite. Sirkuitnya have a lot of bend, but the speed of a motorcycle can digeber up to 250 km / hour. All tikungannya challenging drivers to issue expertise, "said Rossi.

Circuit located in the former East German state has a length 3671 m. Tracks lurusnya only 780 m so it was not possible to drive the motorcycle up to speed in a long time. Tikungannya more than to the left to right, 10 left and the right 4. The most challenging is sirkuitnya very narrow width of 10 m. Based on this character, a motorcycle that has a large middle-energy has the opportunity to become a champion, such as Yamaha and Honda.

Ducati MotoGP project director, Livio Suppo, call Sachsenring circuit as the track is weird, very narrow and has a long straight track. The character is a little difficult to find in the Ducati team is fit for the Desmosedici GP7.

However, Livio Suppo, Casey Stoner is optimistic but can reach the first platform. Stoner own states, and his Ducati engineers are still learning how to find the right setting. Especially in circuits that are not in accordance with the Ducati engine which explode-ledak.
German MotoGP race will take place during the lap 30 with a position opposite to the clockwise direction. This condition of course requires stamina and a high concentration. Stoner recognize this as one of the obstacles that make him who does not compete well at the Sachsenring circuit. In 2006, Stoner is not able to complete the race due to drop. The only great achievement is that he be podium position in race 3 at 125 cc class in 2003.

"I believe this year will be different. This is because the cooperation with the Ducati Bridgestone is the better. Japanese manufacturer of tires that successfully create a stable and has a grip on the curve, "said Stoner.

Bridgestone will supply tires behind Stoner with 16-inch 16.5-inch size instead. Ban is claimed to have a larger footprint so it is able to stick in the steady trajectory. Moreover, Sachsenring circuit 14 has a curve that requires the thicker

Triumph Thunderbird 1600

Triumph revealed its new Thunderbird 1600 cruiser at a dealer conference yesterday. Details remain scarce, but we do know it has a 1594cc engine making something in excess of 100bhp, belt drive and an unnecessarily large 200/70-18 rear tire. Aside from competent handling that’ll be spoiled by that big tire, the looks indicate a depressingly boring Harley clone. Yes, we know it has an ugly parallel twin, but honestly, cover it up with your thumb and you can’t tell the difference between the Thunderbird and every other generic cruiser made in the last 20 years. Come on Triumph, you can do better. More details will be announced in the new year and more pictures, if you really care, after the jump.

Yamaha YFZ450R - No 1 ATV Racing

If you thought last season’s all-conquering YFZ450 was impossible to top, get ready for a shock: enter the new race-ready 2009 YFZ450R. Totally uncompromising engineering makes this the most competitive sports ATV ever, with instant race-winning potential straight out of the box.

Its new, massively rigid but lightweight chassis of cast aluminum and steel holds the free-breathing 5-valve DOHC liquid-cooled 449cc single cylinder engine low in the chassis. Though the suspension is wider and longer than the ’08 YFZ450, the YFZ450R is shorter than its predecessor. That gives it a more agile, nimble feel. Increased wheel travel and longer suspension arms give a wider stance without compromising YFZ450R’s overall balance. New tread-pattern tyres make turn-in even more incisive. There’s a lightweight 220mm ‘wave’ brake disc and a whole new multi-adjustable spring and damper package. New rider ergonomics maximise rider comfort.

The 32-bit fuel injected engine, gearbox, clutch and exhaust have been heavily modified to deliver the perfect combination of holeshot acceleration and smooth power right through the rev range. Lubrication is done through an in-crankcase dry sump system, preventing oil starvation under fast cornering, while keeping weight low and mass centralized.
